What You’ll Do
As a UX Designer at Pegasus Forge, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Design User Interfaces: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure your designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and implemented with precision.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure an intuitive user experience.
Maintain Design Systems: Help maintain a consistent, scalable design system across products, ensuring design coherence across all touchpoints.
Iterative Design: Refine and enhance designs based on user feedback, data, and continuous testing to improve the overall user experience.
Who You Are
You are a passionate, creative UX Designer who thrives on crafting designs that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal. You’re user-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are excited to drive the user experience of cutting-edge products.
Skills: Proficiency in Figma or other UX-focused design tools.
Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio that showcases your work across a range of digital products.
User-Centered: Expertise in human-centered design processes, including user research, prototyping, wireframing, and user testing.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges while keeping the user experience at the forefront.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
